What We’re Looking For

Someone to work with leadership to manage and execute department plans for shipping and receiving of manufactured products

Goal oriented; you keep your team focused on the job and department goals

Someone with team management skills, who can collaborate across departments

Safety Oriented

First Shift Lead - Monday through Thursday, 10-hour shifts
Tasks
-
Executing the Production Plan set by Manager
-
Supervise a team of up to 10 employees
-
Read and interpret standard production drawings and job specifications
-
Set up shipping lanes
-
Manage clean and orderly work area
-
Manage safety of all employees and machine usage
Requirements
-
3+ years of Shipping and Receiving leadership experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
-
Computer literate in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Teams
-
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (logistics, supply chain, etc.) or equivalent work experience
-
Ability to drive a forklift, use a pallet jack and lift up to 50 pounds
-
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Strong mechanical aptitude

Proficiency in using hand tools and operating machinery
