Logistics/Freight Coordinator

What You'll Be Doing:

• Coordinate the daily movement of shipments with precision and flair
• Work closely with suppliers, warehouses, and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Manage inventory levels, inbound and outbound logistics, and product flow
• Resolving logistics challenges swiftly beauty waits for no one
• Monitor KPIs and suggest improvements for smoother, faster, and smarter operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including fashion buyers, warehouse staff, and customer care)

What You Bring to the Table:

• A logistics enthusiast with a strong eye for detail
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or e-commerce fulfillment
• Tech-savvy and familiar with ERP or warehouse management systems
• A problem-solver who can think on your feet even in high heels
• Passionate about the beauty and fashion world
• Strong communicator in English (Arabic is a plus!)
