Job Summary
The job holder will be responsible for processing and managing customer orders accurately and efficiently. The role includes coordinating with suppliers and internal departments, monitoring inventory levels, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining proper documentation to support smooth order operations.
Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal teams to consolidate monthly and quarterly vehicle forecasts.
Prepare and submit detailed vehicle specification files to internal teams.
Track and monitor vehicle orders from placement to arrival.
Coordinate with logistics and clearance teams for timely delivery and registration.
Ensure all ordered vehicles comply with agreed specifications.
Maintain and update daily sales records of new vehicles.
Submit sold units to the dealership management system accurately and in a timely manner.
Prepare and distribute daily stock reports to management.
Reconcile sales reports with physical stock and dealer inventory systems.
Follow up with suppliers and clearance agents for pending documentation or shipment issues.
Maintain records of all vehicle orders, invoices, and related documentation.
Coordinate with the marketing and finance teams for promotional stock and pricing details.
Ensure adherence to internal controls and audit requirements.
Participate in regular inventory checks and assist during audits.
Suggest improvements to streamline ordering and reporting workflows.
Support the implementation of new systems or tools for better efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
Proficient in MS Excel, ERP/Dealer Management Systems.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
