ZEISS Türkiye is currently seeking, a highly motivated Long-Term Interns for our Industrial Quality Solutions (IQS) Business Unit in Bursa.


Your Role

The role of a Long-Term Intern will involve:

  • Assisting the Field Service team with installation, preventive maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of devices at customer sites.
  • Supporting on-site and remote problem analysis to help resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Observing and learning from customer interactions to understand needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Assisting in the preparation of service reports and documentation according to company standards.
  • Communicating effectively with internal teams and contributing to customer satisfaction efforts.
  • Participating in initiatives to improve service processes and overall customer experience.



Your Experience

As a Long-Term Intern, the ideal candidate:

  • Is a final-year student in Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering or related fields.
  • Has strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Is eager to learn and can quickly adapt to new technologies and work environments.
  • Has good problem-solving abilities and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
  • Is willing to support the service team and travel to customer sites within the region if needed.
  • Has knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Holds a valid driving license (preferred).
