Long Term Substitute Middle School Math Teacher

Hampton Township School District is seeking applications for a long term substitute teacher in 6th grade math from approximately January 12, 2026 through the end of the 2025-2026 school year. LONG-TERM SUBSTITUTE POSITION

Position: Grade 6 Math Teacher

Building: Hampton Middle School

Beginning approximately January 12, 2026, and continuing through the end of the 2025-2026 School Year

QUALIFICATIONS: Instructional I or II Pennsylvania Professional Certification in the appropriate teaching area [Grades 4-8 (all subjects 4-6, Math 7-8), Elementary K-6, Math 7-8, or Mathematics 7-12], educational credentials, letter of interest, clearances, transcripts, and a completed application online through the Hampton Township School District website (www.ht-sd.org). Candidate is expected to have excellent technology skills and should have experience/training relevant to the specific position.

SALARY: In accordance with the terms of the current negotiated agreement between the Hampton Township Education Association and the Hampton Township School District, currently $38,500, prorated.

Act 34 - Pennsylvania Criminal History Record Check as amended by Act 24 of 2011, Act 151 - Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Record Check, Act 114 - Federal Criminal History Record Check (fingerprint check), Mandated Reporter Training (Act 126), and the Act 168 Disclosure Release (Pre-employment Sexual Abuse/Misconduct Disclosure).
