Position: Long term substitute Science

School: Newtown High School

Starting Date: November 20, 2025 - December 23, 2025

Remuneration: $120 per day for the first 30 days then Bachelor step 1-$269.61 per

diem.

Qualifications: -Must hold Connecticut Teaching Certificate in Integrated Physical

• To work as a department member and a member of a faculty
• To consult with teachers, administrators, staff and parents on a

continuing basis

• To carry out all facets of the teacher job description consistently

and enthusiastically
