As we expand, we are looking for an AI Specialist to contribute to innovative projects in healthcare, data intelligence, and automation that will transform how patients and caregivers interact with our platform.

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated AI Specialist / Engineer with 6 months – 1 year of experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, healthcare, and technology, applying your skills to real-world use cases such as personalization, recommendation systems, chatbots, NLP, and predictive analytics.

You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to build, test, and deploy AI-driven solutions that improve user experience, operational efficiency, and healthcare outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models for healthcare and e-commerce applications.
• Work on projects involving NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, and recommendation systems.
• Preprocess, clean, and analyze datasets for training and testing models.
• Write efficient, scalable, and reusable code in Python and popular AI frameworks.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into web and mobile applications.
• Monitor and evaluate model performance, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in AI, ML, and Generative AI to apply new approaches to business problems.

Requirements

• 0.6 – 1 year of professional experience in AI/ML, data science, or related field (internships or projects included).
• Strong programming skills in Python with exposure to frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, NLP, or computer vision techniques.
• Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Exposure to SQL / NoSQL databases and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills, logical thinking, and eagerness to learn.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on projects in chatbots, recommendation systems, or healthcare analytics.
• Familiarity with Generative AI (LLMs, Transformers, LangChain, RAG pipelines).
• Exposure to MLOps practices and deployment pipelines.
• Experience working in healthcare, pharmacy, or e-commerce domains.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
