- Oversee and manage interior fit-out projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to design specifications, budget, and timelines.
- Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and vendors to coordinate all aspects of the fit-out process, including material selection and procurement.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and 3D models for fit-out projects, utilizing relevant software and tools.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure that the fit-out work meets the highest standards of quality and design integrity.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and control costs to ensure projects are completed within the allocated financial parameters.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in interior design and fit-out to enhance project outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the fit-out process.
- Lead and mentor a team of fit-out specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure project success and team development.
