Interior Designer – Team Leader

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team as a Team Leader.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in interior design
• Confident in client communication and project coordination
• Strong skills in furniture layouts, mood boards, design styles, and material selection
• Ability to solve design challenges with creativity and practicality
• Leadership skills and attention to design details

Responsibilities:

• Lead design projects from concept to execution
• Supervise and guide junior designers
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and the architecture team
• Maintain high design quality and consistency
