GMG is looking for a dynamic Store Supervisor to lead and support the store sales team in driving performance and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for operational excellence, inventory management, sales reporting, and team leadership, ensuring the store meets brand standards and business goals.


Key Responsibilities


Sales & Store Operations:

  • Assist in achieving the store’s annual sales targets and overall performance goals.
  • Ensure proper store coverage and staff scheduling to maintain high service standards.
  • Conduct store audits to ensure compliance with operational policies and brand guidelines.
  • Oversee after-sales processes, including returns and repairs, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Ensure visual merchandising aligns with Under Armour’s brand standards.
  • Monitor and maintain pricing accuracy, promotions, and discounting in line with company policies.
  • Analyze sales reports and stock performance to optimize inventory levels.
  • Process daily invoices and sales recaps for financial reporting.

Customer Experience & Compliance:

  • Deliver a high level of customer service, addressing needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Ensure store cleanliness and a visually appealing shopping environment.
  • Implement loss prevention measures, fraud prevention policies, and cash handling protocols.

Inventory & Financial Management:

  • Manage inbound stock movement, receiving, restocking, and transfers.
  • Oversee inventory accuracy, stock replenishment, and stock discrepancies.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Define team goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive performance.
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate the store team to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Lead by example in executing operational duties, including handling cashiering tasks when required.


Skills & Qualifications


Experience:

  • Minimum of 3+ years in a retail supervisory role.
  • Strong expertise in store operations, inventory management, and sales strategies.

Skills:

  • Excellent customer service and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software.
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends, sportswear, and performance gear.

Languages:

  • Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Other Requirements:

  • A valid Bahrain driver’s license is preferred.
