We are seeking a results-driven Showroom Manager with strong experience in home appliances and consumer electronics to lead showroom sales operations, drive revenue growth, and enhance brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve showroom sales targets and budgets

- Develop annual and monthly sales plans aligned with business objectives

- Build and manage a strong pipeline of key clients and projects in the region

- Establish sales objectives, forecasts, pricing, and discount strategies

- Expand and maintain customer relationships and identify new opportunities

- Monitor product availability, display visibility, outlet coverage, and sales productivity

- Administer credit policies and ensure timely collections

- Identify market opportunities and counter competitor activity through sales promotions in coordination with marketing

- Review and improve performance of sales teams and merchandisers

- Develop sales strategies to support business growth and profitability

- Monitor customer preferences and market trends to guide sales focus

- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively

- Strengthen brand image and support new product launches

- Coordinate and participate in trade shows and promotional activities

Requirements:

- 7–10 years of proven sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior or supervisory role, preferably in Home Appliances or Home Electronics.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, International Sales Management, or a related business field

- Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills

- Fluent in English; Arabic language is a plus
