JOB TITLE

Supervisor - Fruits & Vegetables | MAF Retail | Supermarket Bahrain

ROLE SUMMARY

The Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Section Manager in the day-to-day activities of the store. The role holder is also responsible for being the communication link between the management and the stores staff.

ROLE PROFILE

• Implement the correct application of merchandise plan/layouts.
• Organize and implement planned promotions.
• Communicate information that can affect the activities or image of the company.
• Contribute to the internal communication of the company strategy and objectives.
• Implement the commercial policy agreed for the store pricing
• Prepare reports on stock.
• Identify slow moving items and stock depreciation in order to help push their sales before expiry, if applicable.
• Maintain the goods in the designated areas and keep them in good condition.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Management.
• A minimum of 3 years in a similar function, with a minimum of 1.5 years in Retail.
• Knowledge of principles and methods for managing individuals and groups
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
