Roles & Responsibilities:
Teach Physics to students of Grades 8–12 as per the CBSE curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and learning activities aligned with CBSE guidelines.
Conduct practical classes, demonstrations, and experiments in the Physics laboratory.
Evaluate students’ performance through class tests, assignments, and examinations.
Maintain academic records, grade sheets, and student progress reports.
Encourage critical thinking, scientific inquiry, and hands-on learning.
Manage classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
Organize and support science exhibitions, Olympiads, and related academic events.
Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and parent-teacher meetings.
Ensure safety and proper handling of laboratory equipment.
Qualifications & Skills:
Educational Qualification:
M.Sc. in Physics (mandatory)
B.Ed. (mandatory as per CBSE norms)
Experience:
Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school (preferred).
Experience in teaching senior secondary classes is an advantage.
Skills Required:
Strong subject knowledge and clarity of concepts.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to integrate technology (smart boards, digital resources) in teaching.
Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
