Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director in day-to-day operations, strategic initiatives, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be based in Dubai and possess excellent communication skills, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Brief Job Description (just an indicative list and not limited to the following)
Executive Support:
Manage and maintain the MD’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
Handle confidential correspondence and documentation with discretion.
Administrative Duties:
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
Organize and maintain files, records, and office systems.
Travel & Logistics:
Arrange domestic and international travel, including visas, accommodation, and itineraries.
Ensure smooth execution of travel plans and resolve any issues promptly.
Communication & Liaison:
Act as the point of contact between the MD and internal/external parties.
Screen calls, emails, and requests, and respond or redirect as appropriate.
Project Coordination:
Assist in tracking progress of strategic projects and initiatives.
Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion.
Desired Skills
1. Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in a corporate or high-level executive setting.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
3. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
4. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
5. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
6. Flexible, proactive, and able to work independently.
