The Loss Control Processor plays a critical role in supporting our loss control operations by reviewing residential and commercial property surveys for quality, accuracy, and consistency. This position ensures that survey documentation meets client requirements, identifies potential hazards, and supports timely delivery of reliable loss control data.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, analytical, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities


  • Review survey photographs to ensure image quality and that all required property elements and characteristics are captured
  • Identify and document property hazards and conditions in accordance with client guidelines, ensuring appropriate recommendations are selected
  • Review replacement cost (RCT) forms to confirm property characteristics align with survey photos
    Review sketches and dwelling diagrams to ensure accuracy and alignment with the property footprint
  • Utilize public data sources to verify property information when needed
  • Communicate professionally in writing with field representatives regarding report errors, deficiencies, or clarifications
  • Ensure reports meet quality, content, and consistency standards prior to completion
  • Portray a professional and positive image of Davies Risk Services with clients, field staff, and internal partners
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency
  • Act in accordance with Davies policies, procedures, and ethical standards
  • Participate in training and apply learned knowledge to continuously improve quality and performance
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Skills, knowledge & expertise


  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Prior experience in quality assurance, insurance, loss control, or property-related fields preferred
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment preferred
  • Background in service‑oriented roles strongly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with analytical and organizational strengths
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to meet established deadlines while maintaining quality standards
  • Highly motivated, dependable, and quality‑focused
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
