Loss Prevention Analyst

Role and Responsibilities

· Prime objective of a Loss Prevention Analyst is to take care of Virtual Audit of over 2000 stores biannual.

· Daily camera audits for random stores.

· Verifying Incident Reports, Video Request through cameras.

· Investigations assigned by onshore LP managers.

· Checking open safe alerts, Trackers and Alarm alerts and report immediately to leadership.

· Adding IM cases in Portal.

· Excellence and accuracy should not be detoured.

· Accuracy in reporting and meeting deadlines.

· Attend weekly, daily and monthly Team meetings.

· Send daily shift start\end report to manager.

· Responsible to perform additional tasks as assigned other than the vertical.

Requirements

· Minimum Bachelor’s degree

· Additional Professional courses would be preferred

Preferred Skills

· Should be proficient in Excel, MS Office, Outlook etc

· Customer Services/ Quality Assurance Background would be preferred

· Good analytical skills

· Fluent in English.

· Excellent listening skills

· Quality & Client Focus, Phone Skills, Good Verbal & written Communication
