Lot Attendant

SUMMARY:

The Lot Attendant supports on-site operations by assisting with monitoring, recording, and reporting bus movements and passenger activity within the lot. This role is light duty and suitable for team members with work restrictions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Although additional duties and related tasks may be assigned, the essential duties and responsibilities of this position include the following:

• Conduct on-lot passenger counts as buses arrive and depart.
• Assist with passenger counts during morning Operations.
• Assist with loading and unloading buses as needed.
• Direct passengers to open and available buses to ensure smooth flow.
• Assist with the flow and overall operation of the lot during AM and PM shifts.
• Record bus arrival and departure times to ensure schedule accuracy.
• Assist with AM/PM paperwork and related documentation.
• Communicate with Dispatch or Supervisors regarding late or missed departures.
• Maintain accurate, legible records of all observations.
• Collaborate effectively with other team members to support safe and efficient lot operations.
• Follow all safety procedures and remain alert to vehicle movement in the lot.

Education / Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
Logistics experience is helpful but not required.
