Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30–8:00 AM start | ~40 hours per week
Pay: $18–$20 per hour (based on experience) | Paid weekly

Position Overview

We’re looking for a dependable Lot Helper / Maintenance Assistant to help with daily yard operations, basic truck and equipment maintenance, and dumpster preparation. This is a hands-on role with steady, full-time hours — great for someone who likes to stay busy and learn new skills.

Responsibilities

Assist with emptying and cleaning dumpsters

Perform basic maintenance on trucks and machinery (oil changes, greasing, checking fluids, etc.)

Help keep the yard clean, organized, and safe

Move dumpsters and materials using company equipment

Assist with loading and prepping dumpsters for delivery

Support drivers and operations as needed

Requirements

Basic mechanical or equipment knowledge preferred (training provided)

Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Someone that is task driven and able to get jobs done without constant supervision.
