Low-Code / No-Code (LCNC) Application Consultant - Up to 28,000 QAR

An established digital services organisation is seeking an experienced Low-Code / No-Code (LCNC) Application Consultant to design, build, and deliver enterprise automation solutions.

This role focuses on leveraging Microsoft Power Platform and Nintex technologies , supporting end-to-end solution delivery across multiple client environments, and contributing to the maturity of a scalable automation capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of low-code / no-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Nintex technologies.
• Translate business requirements into secure, scalable applications and automated workflows through structured stakeholder workshops.
• Design and architect automation workflows, data models, business logic, and integrations across enterprise systems including ERP, CRM, SharePoint, Azure services, and REST APIs.

Develop solutions using:

• Power Apps (Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps)
• Power Automate (Cloud Flows and RPA)
• Power Pages
• Nintex Workflow Cloud (NWC)
• Nintex Forms
• Nintex RPA

• Support pre-sales and solutioning activities , including demonstrations, proofs of concept (POCs), technical proposals, and architecture input.
• Implement and support automation governance, standards, and best practices , ensuring quality, security, and maintainability.
• Train and mentor internal delivery teams and business users to support the creation of a Low-Code / No-Code Center of Excellence .
• Monitor platform roadmaps and adopt new features and capabilities where appropriate.
• Design and develop AI-enabled automations and intelligent agents , leveraging Azure AI services and the Nintex Agentic AI Suite where applicable.

Required Experience

• H ands-on experience delivering solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and/or Nintex in enterprise environments.

Proven experience with:

• Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
• Power Automate (Cloud Flows and RPA)
• Power Pages
• Nintex Workflow Cloud (NWC)
• Nintex Forms
• Nintex RPA

• Strong understanding of business process automation , workflow orchestration, and system integration.
• Experience delivering enterprise-grade solutions and working directly with business stakeholders and clients.
• Practical exposure to AI-driven automation or intelligent agents using Azure AI or equivalent platforms is highly desirable.

Certifications:

• Microsoft Power Platform: PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, PL-600
• Nintex: Workflow Pro, RPA Developer, Solution Architect
