Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Consultant with a proven track record in the Consultative Sales. The ideal candidate will be passionate about identifying client needs, building relationships, and delivering Value to Our existing clients and New clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a purpose driven strategy that achieves the goals of your clients and provides them immense value.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct site assessments to determine client needs and recommend appropriate solutions that provide tremendous value adds for the clients.
  • Prepare and present compelling Value driven solutions and service agreements that ensure the clients will have a worry free experience for multiple years after their system is installed.
  • Collaborate with the installation and technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product innovations.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience in security systems, access control, camera systems (2+ years preferred). whether that be in residential or commercial settings.
  • Strong understanding of low voltage technologies and installation processes.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed sales targets.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
