Lower KG Teacher(LKG)

A Lower KG Teacher's job involves creating a nurturing, play-based learning environment, teaching foundational literacy (letters, phonics) and numeracy (numbers, shapes), fostering social-emotional growth (sharing, manners), developing creative lesson plans (songs, stories, art), and maintaining strong communication with parents about student progress and well-being, all while ensuring safety and following educational standards. Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum & Instruction: Design and implement age-appropriate lessons for letters, numbers, shapes, and basic science/social studies using creative methods like stories, games, music, and art.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment, managing student behavior and fostering cooperation, sharing, and good manners.
• Student Development: Observe, assess, and support cognitive, social, and emotional growth, identifying individual needs and building self-esteem.
• Parent Communication: Regularly update parents on their child's progress, address concerns, and build strong home-school connections.
• Collaboration: Work with other staff, administration, and potentially parents to align on educational goals and support student success.
• Administration: Keep records, prepare reports, manage supplies, and ensure compliance with health/safety regulations.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education or related field, plus relevant certification.
• Experience: Proven experience as a preschool or kindergarten teacher.
• Skills: Patience, creativity, excellent communication, organization, strong classroom management, and deep understanding of child development.

Pay: ₹18,108.90 - ₹22,634.20 per month
