We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Loyalty Commercial Director to lead the development, growth, and commercial success of our loyalty programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy for loyalty and rewards programs
- Drive customer retention, engagement, and revenue growth through innovative loyalty initiatives
- Build strategic partnerships and commercial agreements with external partners and vendors
- Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and program performance to optimize ROI
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Digital, Product, and Operations teams
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of loyalty programs
- Ensure continuous enhancement of customer experience and value proposition
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- 10+ years of experience in commercial, loyalty, CRM, or customer engagement roles
- Proven experience in building and managing successful loyalty programs
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in technology, telecom, retail, fintech, or customer-centric industries is preferred

Pay: E£90,000.00 - E£120,000.00 per month
