loyalty Commercial Director

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Loyalty Commercial Director to lead the development, growth, and commercial success of our loyalty programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the commercial strategy for loyalty and rewards programs
  • Drive customer retention, engagement, and revenue growth through innovative loyalty initiatives
  • Build strategic partnerships and commercial agreements with external partners and vendors
  • Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and program performance to optimize ROI
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Digital, Product, and Operations teams
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of loyalty programs
  • Ensure continuous enhancement of customer experience and value proposition

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial, loyalty, CRM, or customer engagement roles
  • Proven experience in building and managing successful loyalty programs
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience in technology, telecom, retail, fintech, or customer-centric industries is preferred

Pay: E£90,000.00 - E£120,000.00 per month
