The role is responsible for managing the airline’s loyalty programs and initiatives, to increase retention, enhance experience, and brand engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define, develop, and continually refine the loyalty program structure, benefits, and rules to maximize customer lifetime value (CLV) and profitability.
  • Manage accrual (earning) and redemption (spending) values, ensuring they remain competitive yet financially sound for an LCC.
  • Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking against competitors (both LCCs and full-service carriers) to identify trends, opportunities, and ensure the program offers an attractive customer proposition.
  • Utilize data analytics to segment the customer base and develop targeted, personalized offers and communications that resonate with the value-conscious LCC flyer.
  • Ensure a seamless and intuitive digital experience for members across all touchpoints (website, app) for enrollment, account management, booking, and redemption.
