Loyalty Manager

We are seeking an experienced Loyalty Manager to join our team. This role focuses on upselling premium options to existing customers and ensuring exceptional client experience. You will work closely with multiple departments to deliver seamless service and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with existing Sobha customers to recommend premium upgrades and additional offerings.
• Handle both sales and telesales activities for upselling.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processes.
• Manage client interactions professionally, focusing on high-net-worth individuals.
• Utilize provided leads to maximize conversion opportunities.

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Experience in real estate.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage high-profile clients with discretion and professionalism.
• Experience in telesales and upselling strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
