LPG Bulk Dispatcher

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled LPG Bulk Dispatcher with proven experience in LPG and LDO fuel operations. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating bulk deliveries, managing drivers, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining accurate dispatch records.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily LPG & LDO tanker dispatch operations
• Coordinate with drivers, transporters, and customers for delivery timing
• Monitor loading and unloading activities at plant and customer locations
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company safety procedures
• Maintain dispatch logs, trip sheets, gate passes, and delivery records
• Track tanker movement and optimize routes
• Handle emergency situations such as delays, leaks, or breakdowns
• Verify documentation (delivery notes, invoices, permits)
• Communicate with operations and sales team regarding delivery status
• Prepare daily and monthly dispatch reports

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years experience in LPG / LDO bulk dispatch or fuel distribution
• Knowledge of tanker operations and fuel logistics
• Familiar with safety standards for petroleum & gas products
• Ability to manage drivers and delivery schedules
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, reporting)
• Ability to work under pressure and shift timings

Preferred

• Experience in oil & gas or fuel supply companies in GCC
• Knowledge of permits, gate passes, and delivery documentation
• Arabic/Hindi/English communication skills
