Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant (Part-Time or Full-Time) – Hiring Immediately

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour

We are hiring immediately for a reliable, organized Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to support a business owner/CEO in Lenexa, KS. This role combines executive administrative support, office management, and light personal/household assistance in a professional home-office environment.

Ideal for an experienced Administrative Assistant who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities

· Calendar management and scheduling (Microsoft Outlook & Google Workspace)

· Executive administrative support and meeting preparation

· QuickBooks data entry and financial record updates

· Document scanning, filing, and digital organization

· Travel coordination and packing assistance

· Running local errands

· General office management and organizational support

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant

· Proficiency in QuickBooks (required)

· Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace

· Excellent organization and communication skills

· Self-starter who works well independently and does not require micromanagement

· Professional, dependable, and discreet

· Reliable transportation and located near Lenexa, KS

· Comfortable working in a home-office setting with cats (bonus if you love them!)
