Elderly and Disabled Waiver Program - SOURCE/EDWP

LPN needed in the Northeast Georgia Area of Division of Aging Services.

Main Office located in Athens, GA

Satellite Offices: Augusta, GA and Savannah, GA

Full Time LPN job opening in and around the Georgia Mountain Region Division of Aging Counties. No weekends, no nights, no holidays. Previous experience in Home Health, Hospice Care, Geriatric Nursing, Long Term Care, or Home and Community Services. Time management and organizational skills are required. TRAVEL IS REQUIRED IN THE NORTHEAST GEORGIA REGION. Prefer Elderly and Disabled Waiver Case Management (SOURCE or CCSP) experience.
