(LPN) Licensed Practical Nurse

Join our compassionate, professional team at Horsham Center for Jewish Life, a 324-bed long-term care facility dedicated to promoting active, healthy, and fulfilling lifestyles for all residents. We are seeking Full-Time or Part-Time LPNs to provide high-quality nursing care across all shifts.

Available Shifts:

• Days: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Evenings: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Nights: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitor and document residents’ health and report changes to the care team

• Collaborate with nurses, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality resident care

Qualifications:

• Current LPN license in Pennsylvania

• Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented

• Strong communication and clinical skills

• Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required
