Qualifications:
Must-Have (Requirements)

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
-
Advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics (Experience in LSHC is an asset)

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving orientation
-
Strong command of MS Office programs, with advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookUps, reporting)
-
Customer-focused approach with the ability to transform needs into solutions
-
2+ years of experience working cross-functionally with support functions
-
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to maximize customer satisfaction
-
Excellent follow-up and tracking ability to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
-
No military obligation for male candidates
Nice-to-Have (Preferred)

Knowledge of quality, GMP, and GDP standards in Life Science & Healthcare operations
-
Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, OMS, automation projects, etc.)

Skilled in managing operational KPIs, performance tracking, and driving continuous improvement

Managing coordination between customers/PM/call center/local team

Managing all warehouse and transport operational processes

Managing customer contracts and KPI’s
