Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable LTO (Load, Transfer, and Operations) specialist to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse distribution, order picking, and heavy equipment operation. This role involves managing materials handling, operating forklifts and clamp trucks, and ensuring efficient shipping and receiving processes. A strong understanding of OSHA standards, mechanical knowledge, and warehouse management systems is essential to maintain safety and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Operate heavy equipment including forklifts, clamp trucks, and cranes to load and unload materials
• Pick and process orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
• Load and unload shipments accurately while adhering to safety protocols
• Assist with shipping & receiving operations to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Conduct heavy lifting of materials safely and efficiently
• Manage inventory through proper materials handling techniques
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse environment
• Support warehouse distribution activities, including order picking and pallet jack operation
• Follow OSHA guidelines to promote a safe working environment
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse distribution, order picking, or related roles
• Experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes, clamp trucks, and pallet jacks
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and RF scanners
• Mechanical knowledge related to material handling equipment
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and best practices in warehousing or construction environments
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in shipping & receiving tasks
• Warehouse supervisor experience is a plus but not required
• Construction or materials handling background is advantageous
• Valid certification for forklift or crane operation preferred but not mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.02 - $28.93 per hour
