Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven LTO Sales Representative to join our team and support the growth of Milele Car Rentals LTO division by ensuring timely lead responses, consistent follow-ups, and closing new LTO deals.. This role will focus on building and managing relationships with corporate clients, businesses, and partners who require flexible vehicle solutions while also generating independent sales, ensuring no opportunities are lost and strengthening recurring revenue through long-term LTO contracts. The ideal candidate will be confident in pitching services, negotiating contracts, and closing deals while understanding each client's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to all new inbound leads within 15 minutes during working hours.
  • Ensure 100% follow-up on old leads within a 30-day cycle.
  • Assist LTO sales lead with lead management and high-value closings.
  • Independently convert leads into LTO sales, meeting monthly sales targets.
  • Upsell additional services such as insurance, warranties, and upgrades.
  • Maintain professional and engaging communication with all prospects.
  • Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Resolve customer queries promptly to ensure satisfaction and trust.
  • Update lead and customer records in CRM/ERP systems.
  • Track lease agreements, payments, and vehicle statuses accurately.
  • Submit weekly reports on leads, sales activity, and conversion rates.
  • Work closely with operations and finance teams to ensure smooth LTO processing.
  • Participate in training and team meetings to improve sales skills and product knowledge.

Skills Required:

  • Sales & Negotiation: Strong ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
  • Lead Management: Skilled in handling multiple leads simultaneously with fast response and systematic follow-up.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Urdu/Punjabi is a plus for local market engagement).
  • Customer Service: Ability to build trust, manage client relationships, and resolve concerns quickly.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems, WhatsApp, and online sales channels.
  • Analytical Skills: Basic ability to analyze lead data, sales performance, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and ensure SLAs (15-minute lead response, 100% follow-up).
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn product knowledge quickly and adjust sales techniques based on customer needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in sales, automotive leasing, car rental, or financial services.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and online sales platforms.
  • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the automotive sector or lease-to-own model is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
