Experience

Requirements
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in vehicles.
Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures, including preventive maintenance schedules and repair techniques.
Experience working with diagnostic tools, computerized diagnostic software, and technical manuals.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and engineering specifications.
Relevant industry experience with a commitment to safety.
Good written and verbal communication skills in local languages and Urdu.
Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic tests to identify mechanical issues in heavy and light tactical vehicles.
Conduct repairs and maintenance activities, including engine overhauls, transmission repairs, brake system replacements, and electrical system troubleshooting.
Implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize vehicle downtime and prevent mechanical failures.
Conduct routine inspections, lubrication, and servicing according to manufacturer specifications and industry best practices.
Utilize advanced knowledge of vehicle mechanics including hydraulic, pneumatic systems, and diesel engines to troubleshoot and repair complex issues.
Provide leadership and technical guidance to junior mechanics and maintenance personnel.
Promote safety compliance and identify potential hazards to prevent accidents and injuries.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repair logs, parts inventory, and service reports.
Conduct quality inspections to ensure vehicles meet performance standards and regulatory requirements before returning to service.
