Burt Brothers is looking for a Lube Manager to oversee our lube service operations, manage a team of technicians, and ensure top-tier service for our valued customers.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage a team of skilled lube technicians, ensuring high-quality service and efficiency.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, training, performance management, and customer interactions.
• Perform oil changes, fluid services, and basic repairs while mentoring your team.
  Utilize TCS point-of-sale to track customers, process work orders, and manage inventory.
• Conduct multi-point inspections, provide accurate repair estimates, and communicate with customers in a clear, professional manner.
• Drive sales and service excellence, meeting forecasted goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience as a lube technician and in team leadership.
• Ability to troubleshoot, inspect, and estimate vehicle repair needs.
• A customer-focused mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume automotive environment.
• Familiarity with TCS point-of-sale (preferred).
• A hands-on leader who motivates, coaches, and drives results.
