Lube Technician

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Lube Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance services such as oil changes, filter replacements, fluid checks, and basic inspections to ensure vehicles operate efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform oil and filter changes on various types of vehicles.
• Check and top up vehicle fluids (coolant, brake, transmission, windshield washer, etc.).
• Inspect belts, hoses, lights, tyres, and other basic vehicle components.
• Replace air, fuel, and cabin filters as needed.
• Perform basic lubrication and underbody inspections.
• Keep accurate records of services performed.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the workshop area.
• Follow company policies and all health & safety procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Lube Technician / Oil Change Technician preferred.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to use standard automotive tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Physically fit and comfortable performing manual tasks.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to learn.
