Job Description :
Looking for self-driven Lubricant Sales professional (Preferably B2B & B2C) with over 8 years of UAE experience with Lubricant background to grow our UAE Local Sales. Preferred candidates must be target driven, team player and based out of UAE.

Requirements :

Experience: 8 years of Selling Lubricants in UAE market

Qualification: Bachelor s in Chemical or Mechanical Engineer

Location: Dubai, UAE


Job Responsibilities :

Business Acumen

Self-motivated, Logical and has very good relationship building as well as follow up skills.

Possesses in-depth technical knowledge of Automotive and Industrial Lubricants.

Effectively applies technical knowledge to solve a range of problems.

Understands competitor s offerings, strategies and differentiating characteristics and can make compelling offers and does customer management in terms of order to payment cycle.

Prospecting

Cultivates lead references from customers and other prospects. Quickly assesses prospects potential in order to focus on appropriate level of effort on each opportunity.

Demonstrates continuous improvement in prospecting and conversions.

Risk Management

Personally takes calculated risks and also with consequences that can be rectified.

Identifies possible scenarios regarding outcomes of various options for action.

Partnering

Initiate s partnership arrangements that promote organizational objectives.

Assesses the value of entering a partner relationship in terms of both short- and long- term return on investment.

Develops new and mutually beneficial partnerships that also serve the interests of the broader community.

Identifies benefits of a partnership and actively looks for ways to create value with and for customers.
