Lubrication Technician

• Perform routine lubrication of machinery, equipment, and moving parts according to maintenance schedules and manufacturer specifications
• Inspect equipment during lubrication activities to identify wear, leaks, contamination, or abnormal operating conditions
• Select and apply correct lubricants, oils, and greases based on equipment requirements and operating conditions
• Maintain accurate lubrication records, checklists, and maintenance logs
• Monitor lubricant levels, condition, and consumption, and report abnormalities to maintenance teams
• Clean, refill, and replace lubrication systems such as oilers, filters, and grease lines
• Follow safety procedures, lockout/tagout practices, and housekeeping standards during all tasks
• Assist in preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and lifespan
• Handle, store, and dispose of lubricants and waste materials in compliance with environmental and company policies
• Coordinate with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to ensure minimal equipment downtime
