As a Lumber Yard Associate at Coastal Forest Products, you’ll work hands-on with premium Engineered Wood Products (EWP), ensuring each order is prepared with care and precision. Every day brings new challenges and the satisfaction of knowing your work helps deliver exceptional products that fuel beautiful projects across New England. What You Will Be Doing

• Preparing orders by picking/pulling materials in our lumberyard.
• Building, labeling, and wrapping loads according to customer specifications.
• Maintaining organization and cleanliness throughout the yard and warehouse.
• Loading and unloading materials, following safety protocols at all times.
• Assisting with receiving and inspecting incoming stock.
• Keeping materials properly stored and maintained in accordance with company standards.
• Collaborating with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.

Preferred Experience/Qualifications& Required Essential Job Functions:

• Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Prior experience in a lumber yard, warehouse is a plus but not required.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Dependable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift or move materials up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Performing physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
• Regular job attendance, working 100% on-site at our lumber yard/warehouse in Bow, New Hampshire

Job Type/Hours: Full time, Monday-Friday, 6:00AM start time

Location: Bow, New Hampshire, 100% On-site
