Luxury Apartment Sales Executive

Role Objective

We are seeking a high-performing Luxury Apartment Sales with a proven track record in the High-Rise residential sector to join our elite sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a premium portfolio of luxury apartments and penthouses, providing bespoke investment advice to High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and institutional investors. You will represent Grnata Group’s most prestigious high-rise projects, ensuring a seamless and sophisticated buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • High-End Sales: Lead the end-to-end sales process for luxury apartments and high-rise developments, from initial inquiry to final negotiation and closing.
  • Portfolio Management: Maintain an expert-level understanding of Grnata’s luxury inventory, including floor plans, luxury amenities, investment yields, and unique selling points (USPs) of vertical living.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture a private network of HNWIs, investors, and corporate clients in Bahrain and the GCC region.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on luxury real estate trends in Bahrain (e.g., Golden Gate, Bahrain Bay, Seef) and provide clients with data-driven insights on capital appreciation in high-density luxury zones.
  • Viewing Experience: Conduct professional, high-impact property tours that highlight the lifestyle, views, and exclusivity of our high-rise assets.
  • CRM Excellence: Diligently track all leads and interactions using the company CRM to ensure timely follow-ups and high conversion rates.



Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience specifically in selling luxury residential properties or off-plan luxury projects in Bahrain or the GCC. Direct experience with High-Rise developments is strongly preferred.
  • Proven Track Record: Submission of a Sales Portfolio or a summary of high-value transactions closed over the last 24 months is highly desirable.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English . Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage but not mandatory.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value transactions and understanding technical aspects of luxury towers.
  • Appearance & Professionalism: A polished, professional image suitable for interacting with high-profile clients and conducting business in a luxury setting.
