Luxury Beauty Salon Booking & Conversion Manager

• Minimum 5 years managing booking/appointment teams inside luxury beauty salons in Dubai
• Direct responsibility for improving conversion rates and reducing no-shows
• Experience supervising a salon client communication team

About the Role

We are a multi-branch luxury beauty salon group in Dubai seeking a senior-level Booking & Conversion Manager.

You will lead a team of 7 booking specialists handling inbound leads and client communications (calls & WhatsApp).

Your mission is simple and performance-driven:

• Increase booking conversion rate
• Improve client communication standards
• Reduce no-show percentage
• Train and structure the team to perform at luxury standards

This is not a call center manager position.
This is a luxury salon conversion leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of 7 booking specialists
• Design and refine call and WhatsApp communication scripts
• Train the team on objection handling and luxury client communication
• Monitor daily conversion KPIs
• Improve lead-to-booking performance
• Reduce no-show rates
• Provide structured feedback to the marketing team
• Build a high-performance booking culture

Mandatory Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

• Minimum 5 years managing booking/client teams in Dubai beauty salons
• Direct experience in luxury or high-end salon environments
• Proven ability to increase booking conversion
• Strong English communication skills
• Arabic is an advantage
• Deep understanding of Dubai client behavior
