Luxury Beauty Salon Growth & Content Lead

This position is exclusively for professionals with minimum 4 years of direct experience managing social media inside beauty salons in the UAE.

• You worked in restaurants, fashion, FMCG, retail, or unrelated industries
• You do not have UAE salon portfolio links
• You do not understand luxury salon positioning in Dubai

About Us

We are a multi-branch luxury salon group in Dubai operating in the premium beauty segment.

We are not looking for a content poster.
We are hiring a Growth & Content Leader who can turn salon visibility into measurable bookings.

Your Core Mission

• Position the brand as a luxury authority in the Dubai beauty market
• Drive qualified booking inquiries from social platforms
• Increase engagement with high-end clientele
• Build content systems that scale across multiple branches
• Connect social media performance directly to revenue

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complete social media strategy (Instagram & TikTok primary)
• Design high-performing beauty reels and treatment showcases
• Manage before/after positioning with premium aesthetics
• Align content with booking funnel and marketing campaigns
• Supervise content production team (photographer / editor if applicable)
• Track KPIs: engagement rate, reach, inquiries, booking impact
• Develop influencer collaborations within the beauty industry
• Ensure brand consistency across all branches

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Minimum 4 years managing social media specifically for beauty salons in the UAE
• Experience working inside or directly with multi-branch salon operations
• Proven record of growing salon accounts
• Experience generating measurable inquiries or bookings
• Strong understanding of Dubai luxury beauty audience behavior
• Ability to demonstrate account growth and engagement metrics

Compensation
