About the Role

Are you a poised, professional, and customer-centric individual? Noir, a premier luxury cafe in Doha, is looking for a sophisticated Hostess / Receptionist to be the face of our establishment. As the first point of contact, you will set the tone for a high-end dining experience, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued from the moment they walk through our doors.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: QAR 2,800 – QAR 3,000 (Based on experience).

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Relations: Warmly welcome guests and provide an exceptional first impression.
• Reservation Management: Efficiently manage the reservation system and organize seating to optimize flow.
• Table Hosting: Escort guests to their tables, present menus, and highlight daily specials.
• Communication: Act as the bridge between guests, servers, and the kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
• Inquiry Handling: Answer phone calls, manage bookings, and provide accurate information regarding wait times.
• Operational Support: Maintain a clean, organized hostess station and assist in the overall aesthetic upkeep of the cafe entrance.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in Customer Service or Hospitality is mandatory.
• Language: Fluency in English is required; Arabic speaking skills are highly preferred.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills with a professional and graceful demeanor.
• Pace: Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Technical: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with reservation software.
• Physical: Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Availability: Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
