We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Luxury Car Showroom Manager to lead our prestigious showroom in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in luxury automotive sales within the UAE market and a proven track record in managing high-end clientele and showroom operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure exceptional customer experience.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and VIP customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Ensure proper display, presentation, and maintenance of luxury vehicles.
- Coordinate with marketing team for promotional campaigns and events.
- Manage inventory control, vehicle ordering, and stock management.
- Prepare sales reports and performance analysis for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in luxury automotive sales in the UAE.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
- Established client network in the UAE luxury automotive sector.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Presentable, professional, and customer-focused personality.
