Marketing Manager (Automotive – PPF & Services only)

AUTO AK7 is a fast-growing automotive services company in Dubai specializing in PPF, detailing, protection, and premium vehicle maintenance.
We are scaling aggressively and building a performance-driven marketing engine to generate predictable monthly revenue and dominate the UAE market.

We are looking for a results-oriented Marketing Leader who can own growth, lead the team, and drive real sales, not just run ads.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven UAE experience in automotive, garage, detailing, dealership, or PPF services marketing
• Demonstrated success generating measurable revenue growth (not just followers or impressions)
• Strong performance marketing expertise (Google Ads & Meta Ads mandatory)
• Experience building lead funnels, tracking CPL/CAC/ROAS, and managing marketing budgets
• Experience leading agencies, freelancers, or small marketing teams

Important:
This is a strategy & growth leadership role, not a graphic design or content production role.
You will manage creatives and vendors — not design everything yourself.

• Strong analytical mindset and ownership mentality
• Comfortable working closely with Sales & Operations to hit revenue targets
• Fluent English required

What We Offer

• Base Salary: AED 10,000 – 12,000 per month
• Performance Bonus / Commission (Uncapped):

– 1–2% of monthly revenue above agreed targets
– Example: At AED 1,000,000/month → potential bonus AED 10,000–20,000+
