Luxury Clinic Receptionist

Position : Luxury Clinic Receptionist

We are seeking a polished, professional, and customer-focused female Receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities :

* Greet and assist patients and visitors warmly and professionally

* Support managing appointments, calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails as needed

* Handle patient check-in, check-out, and basic billing

* Address patient complaints and concerns calmly, escalating when required

* Coordinate with clinic teams to support smooth daily operations

* Maintain accurate, confidential patient records

* Provide general administrative front-desk support

Requirements :

* Previous receptionist experience in a clinic, hospital, or luxury service environment preferred

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Professional appearance and demeanor

* Strong organizational and multitasking skills

* Comfortable using scheduling systems, basic billing software, and Microsoft Office

* Calm, composed, and discreet under pressure

* English required; additional languages are an advantage (Arabic, Russian, French, Spanish, German)
