About Arditi Collection®
We create luxury custom furniture for high-end residential and hospitality projects across North America, serving discerning homeowners, interior designers, architects, procurement teams, design firms, and luxury project professionals.
Our work is defined by premium materials, refined craftsmanship, custom dimensions, and a highly personalized client experience.
The Role
We are looking for a sales-focused Account Manager with strong experience in luxury furniture, custom furniture, premium home products, architectural products, or closely related interior product categories.
This is a remote sales and account management role focused on the North American market. Since our clients and trade partners are primarily located in the United States and Canada, the role requires working according to North American business hours. For candidates based in Turkey or nearby time zones, this means working mainly during afternoon and evening hours.
You will communicate with clients by phone, email, live chat, and online quote requests. Your main responsibility will be to turn inbound inquiries, phone calls, and custom quote requests into qualified sales conversations and confirmed orders.
You will also manage relationships with existing partner architects, interior designers, design firms, and trade professionals, helping them understand Arditi Collection’s products and encouraging them to specify and use our pieces in their residential and hospitality projects.
This role requires a strong combination of sales ability, furniture and interiors knowledge, professional English communication, disciplined follow-up, and confidence in managing premium client and trade relationships.
The ideal candidate understands furniture, materials, dimensions, finishes, customization, and premium client expectations — and can use that knowledge to sell high-value custom furniture, manage quote-based sales processes, and close deals.
Ideal Background
You may be a strong fit if you have sales experience in one or more of the following areas:
Luxury furniture
Custom furniture
High-end residential furniture
Online or phone-based furniture sales
Kitchen, cabinetry, wardrobe, millwork, or built-in furniture
Luxury lighting, marble, natural stone, architectural surfaces, or premium interior materials
Made-to-order or customization-heavy products
Project-based sales to interior designers, architects, contractors, developers, or procurement teams
High-ticket home, furniture, or interior product sales
Interior architecture, interior design, or furniture design education can be a strong advantage when combined with proven sales experience.
What You’ll Do
Convert inbound inquiries, phone calls, live chat messages, and quote requests into qualified sales conversations.
Communicate with clients by phone and email to understand their furniture needs, space, dimensions, materials, style preferences, budget expectations, and project timeline.
Prepare, send, revise, and follow up on personalized price quotes.
Manage multiple active leads with disciplined follow-up and clear organization.
Build relationships with high-net-worth clients, interior designers, architects, trade professionals, procurement teams, and luxury project stakeholders.
Stay in regular contact with existing partner architects, interior designers, design firms, and trade professionals.
Encourage partner firms to consider and specify Arditi Collection products in their residential and hospitality projects.
Research and contact new interior design firms, architecture offices, luxury project professionals, and trade accounts across North America.
Present Arditi Collection’s craftsmanship, materials, customization options, and value clearly and professionally.
Handle pricing discussions, customization questions, objections, quote revisions, and decision-making processes with confidence.
Coordinate with the internal design and production team to communicate client requirements accurately.
Maintain organized lead notes, quote history, follow-up status, partner communication, and client records.
Requirements
Direct sales experience in furniture, custom furniture, premium home products, architectural products, or closely related interior product categories.
Fluent spoken English for daily phone calls with clients and trade partners in the United States and Canada.
Strong sales mindset with proven ability to move leads toward a decision.
Experience in consultative selling, follow-up, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.
Ability to understand and explain dimensions, materials, finishes, proportions, and custom product requirements.
Comfortable selling remotely by phone, email, live chat, and online quote requests.
Strong written communication skills for professional email correspondence.
High attention to detail when preparing and revising quotes.
Strong organization across multiple active clients, quote requests, and partner accounts.
Comfortable working remotely and full-time according to North American business hours. For Turkey-based candidates, this requires availability mainly during afternoon and evening hours.
Reliable personal computer, headset/phone, stable internet connection, and quiet workspace for professional calls.
Strong Advantages
Experience in luxury furniture, bespoke furniture, premium interiors, or high-end home products.
Knowledge of materials such as solid wood, wood veneer, leather, marble, natural stone, metal finishes, lacquer, resin, upholstery, and custom finishes.
Experience working with interior designers, architects, contractors, developers, procurement teams, or trade accounts.
Experience with quote-based, made-to-order, revision-heavy sales processes.
Experience selling to clients in the United States or Canada.
CRM, lead tracking, or structured sales pipeline experience.
