Luxury Furniture Sales Manager (Remote – US Hours)

We work with high-net-worth individuals and prestigious interior design firms, delivering bespoke projects with premium materials and exceptional craftsmanship.

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a senior-level Sales Manager who can lead consultative sales conversations, manage complex client needs, and close high-value custom furniture projects. This is a phone-first, relationship-driven role requiring strong objection handling, structured follow-ups, and long-term partnership building.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sell high-value, custom-made luxury furniture tailored to client lifestyle, space, and design expectations
  • Manage inbound inquiries from website requests and live chat, and convert them through calls and structured follow-ups
  • Proactively acquire new clients and develop business opportunities across North America
  • Prepare, send, revise, and track personalized price quotes and client decisions
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients and interior designers
  • Research and connect with luxury interior design firms to establish ongoing partnerships
  • Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure requirements are documented clearly and delivered accurately
  • Confidently handle objections and sell value, craftsmanship, customization, and service (not price)

REQUIREMENTS (MUST-HAVE)

  • 3+ years of proven success in luxury or high-ticket sales (closing experience required)
  • Fluent spoken English (daily client calls; C1/C2 or equivalent)
  • Strong consultative selling skills: discovery, negotiation, objection handling, and closing
  • Demonstrated experience in new client acquisition and business development
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented: quote tracking, pipeline management, multi-client follow-ups
  • Comfortable spending most of the workday on phone calls with clients
  • Reliable personal computer + phone/headset and a quiet workspace for professional calls
  • Must be available full-time during North American business hours (EST or PST)

PREFERRED (STRONG PLUS)

  • Custom furniture sales experience or strong familiarity with the furniture industry
  • Interior design / architecture background or experience working with designers (trade accounts)
  • Strong materials knowledge: wood veneers, solid wood, leather, stone, metal finishes, premium detailing
  • Experience building partnerships with interior design firms

IMPORTANT NOTE
This is a senior, high-responsibility role focused on premium sales and relationship management. If you do not have proven luxury/high-ticket closing experience and fluent spoken English for live calls, this position is not a fit.
