Luxury Lighting & Chandelier Sales Consultant

Lorenzo Home is a luxury lighting and chandelier showroom specializing in premium decorative lighting solutions for villas, palaces, hotels, and high-end residential and commercial projects across the UAE.

We are looking for an energetic, elegant, and results-driven Luxury Lighting & Chandelier Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai.

This position is currently open to female candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and private clients.
• Sell luxury chandeliers and decorative lighting solutions.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and direct client outreach.
• Manage showroom walk-in customers and project inquiries.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with clients until the sale is closed.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance objectives.
• Coordinate with design, technical, and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in luxury lighting, chandeliers, decorative lighting, luxury furniture, interior design products, or luxury home décor.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
• Confidence presenting premium products to high-end clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, French, or Italian are highly valued.
• An existing network of interior designers, architects, consultants, developers, contractors, or VIP clients is a strong advantage.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
• Previous experience in the UAE luxury market is preferred.
