Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and confident Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about sales, client relationships, and the Dubai property market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect, generate, and manage leads through calls, meetings, and property viewings
• Advise clients on buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai
• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure a high level of customer service
• Stay updated with market trends, community information, and pricing
• Negotiate and close deals professionally and efficiently
• Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
• Coordinate with the marketing and admin teams for listings and promotions

Requirements:

• Female candidate preferred (business requirement)
• Fluent English is mandatory
• Additional languages (Russian, French, Chinese, German, Spanish, etc.) are a strong advantage
• Prior real estate experience is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a commission-based structure
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• UAE driving license is an added advantage
