Requirements

* Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate Sales within the UAE (Mandatory)

* Experience in Off-Plan and Primary Market sales preferred

* Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills

* Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills

* Self-motivated and able to work independently

* Good computer skills and CRM proficiency

Key Responsibilities

* Promote company properties using various marketing and sales strategies

* Build and maintain an up-to-date portfolio of available properties

* Understand clients' needs and financial capabilities to recommend suitable investment opportunities

* Provide accurate information regarding properties, pricing, payment plans, and legal requirements

* Conduct property presentations and viewings for prospective buyers

* Facilitate successful transactions between buyers and sellers while maintaining professionalism and transparency

* Develop effective marketing strategies to generate interest and qualified leads

* Analyze market trends and property values to provide informed recommendations

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals

* Address client inquiries and provide exceptional customer support throughout the sales process

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
