Job Summary

MIVA Real Estate is looking for ambitious and self-motivated Real Estate Consultants to join our growing team in Al Barsha, Dubai. If you are passionate about sales, enjoy building client relationships, and want unlimited earning potential, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads for buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
• Understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Negotiate offers and close real estate transactions.
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and property listings.
• Coordinate with developers, property owners, and internal teams.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

• Experience in Dubai Real Estate sales is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent sales skills and communication may also apply.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an added advantage.
• Valid UAE Driving License is preferred but not mandatory.
